Subscription
Chillo is free. The optional Premium subscription costs €2.99 per year and renews automatically unless cancelled. Purchase, billing and cancellation are handled by Apple through your App Store account: cancel any time, at no cost, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Consumer mediation
Should a dispute remain unresolved directly, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
